See the agility of NetApp storage in this interactive lab session hosted by James Rankin and Jesse Stanley of Red Hat, where attendees will be given access to a live Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.x environment. Instructors will demonstrate, and allow attendees to practice the creation of server and desktop virtual machines, management of virtual machines, and connecting into virtual desktops via the SPICE protocol.

SPICE Cafe is a 30 seat area where customers can use thin clients to get Windows or RHEL sessions for things like checking their Summit schedule, email, etc.
Running all of this will be the NetApp storage, a mix of IBM blade servers and Intel rackmount servers, and RHEV for Desktops. This RHEV/NetApp/IBM/Intel environment will present a choice of Windows 7 and RHEL 6 desktops out to iGel thin clients via the SPICE remote display protocol.
